Love Azelia Banks!
Introducing our new nOir for L.A.M.B collection - it is truly one of our favorite collections ever! After teaming up twice for fashion week, designers Leeora Catalan and Gwen Stefani decided to come together and create an entire collection. Catalan explains the ease of working with Stefani: “Gwen, her team and I - we come from the same tribe. We get each other in so many ways. Collaborating on this collection seemed so natural.” India was a huge inspiration in the entire collection, as well as punk references that both Stefani and Catalan are known for. Enamel, studs, and cords are all components in the collection, used in various ways with geometric shapes and prints. Bangles and rings are stacked to add drama to the looks on the runway, but can be worn individually for a more everyday look.

In our office the past few days, we have had a VERY serious bracelet battle going on between Lee, Amelia, and Heidi. The winner has yet to be determined! We will let Facebook decide - if you haven’t yet, logon and let us know who you think is the stackable bracelet champion!

The nOir girls had yet another amazing trip to Paris. Long days were spent at the incredible Tranoi Trade Show, but we made time to visit the Jean-Paul Goude exhibit at Les Arts Decartes, which was SERIOUSLY incredible!!

Have you heard of Azelia Banks? The newest female rap sensation has been taken on by Nicola Formichetti (Lady Gaga’s creative director) and we are OBSESSSED. Besides having a great look, talent, and a killer hit single, this nineteen year old was sporting nOir earrings in her V Magazine shoot. Check out below!!

Wednesday night was The Blonds show at Milk Studios for their Fall 2012 collection and all we can say is WOW. The show was spectacular. we were so happy to be included again this season! A custom made nOir leather jacket was put down the runway with amazing silver detailing (pictured below.) “For me, the show was just perfect. I always love their energy! The clothes were unbelievable , makeup - flawless, Kabooki (genius.) Everyone was excited to be there. The jewelry perfectly complimented the clothes - and I got to sit next to Lil Kim!” says Lee. We want to send a personal THANK YOU to Phillipe and David for incorporating our pieces with their fabulous collection. Congratulations guys! We love you!

We’ve recently had the honor of collaborating with Gwen Stefani, and her team on a Noir for L.A.M.B collection. No big deal right? HA! After 2 seasons in a row of matching our jewelry to the L.A.M.B runway looks- we both decided to just go for it. Using inspiration from India, as well as the punk references that both brands have become synonymous with- we created an almost 50 piece collection using cords, studs, enamel, and Polki elements. Lee summed up her experience working with the L.A.M.B team pretty well when she said: “Gwen, her team and I- we come from the same tribe. We get each other in so many ways.
